About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Digital Media Performance Director who excels at team leadership and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong interpersonal skills to drive results through effective team management and client collaboration, while delivering measurable business impact through data-driven digital media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across paid search, social media, programmatic display, and other performance channels.
- Navigate complex stakeholder requirements and balance multiple client priorities while maintaining team morale and efficiency.
- Manage substantial marketing budgets while optimizing ROI across channels and campaigns.
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks, regularly reporting on campaign effectiveness to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in targeting, optimization, and measurement approaches.
- Identify and resolve campaign challenges proactively, developing creative solutions to complex problems.
