Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you will be the warm, welcoming face and voice of Strickland Veterinary Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Pet parent Relationship Champion : Greet each pet parent warmly and guide new pet parents through registration. Keep all pet parents informed of wait times, ensuring they feel appreciated and welcomed from their first interaction.
Pet Parent Educator : Respond to non-medical inquiries and provide valuable information, helping pet parents feel confident in the care their pets receive.
Communication Maestro : Manage phone calls, messages, and emails promptly, ensuring seamless communication with pet parents and the veterinary team.
Scheduling Expert : Coordinate appointments efficiently, manage reminders, reschedule missed appointments, and collaborate with referring hospitals to access patient records.
Record Keeper Extraordinaire : Maintain accurate records in our Practice Information Management System (PIMS) to ensure all pet parent and patient information is up-to-date.
Cleanliness Champion : Maintain a clean, inviting environment in the reception, waiting areas, and exam rooms, contributing to a comfortable and professional setting.
Financial Steward : Review service charges, reconcile the cash drawer, and handle financial transactions with accuracy to provide clear and transparent billing information.

Qualifications For This Role
Experience : Previous customer service experience in a veterinary setting preferred, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
