Express Exterior Car Wash Manager - Manager Experience Required

Happy’s Drive-Thru Car Wash, located in Medford, OR. is looking for an energetic leader to lead our team, serve our guests, and maintain advanced car wash equipment. We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual for our Manager position to grow with our company.

Potential candidates should have experience leading teams, preferably in a retail service environment, be able to multitask, enjoy developing new leaders and demonstrate a high level of initiative. Candidates should be excited to learn to operate and maintain car wash equipment.

Position Overview:

Responsible for driving sales, maintaining expenses, and overseeing day to day operations; Guest satisfaction, team building and a positive work environment are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Establish daily priorities and ensure execution
• Manage overall vehicle flow and production in operation
• Ensure training of all team members
• Adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes
• Execute business strategies and objectives
• Facility appearance; interior and exterior
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of all equipment
• Evaluate team member performance and set goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
• Profit and loss (P&L) management
• Order supplies and equipment parts as needed
• Review/establish business projections and determine weekly needs
• Create work schedule for all team members
• Hold monthly meetings to ensure team members are well informed
• Recruitment of store team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience leading a team of retail associates
• Positive attitude and highly energetic
• Ability to lead team members and be a good role model

• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Computer proficient
• Car Wash industry experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus - must be willing to learn to work with and repair car wash equipment
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
• Must be able to work outdoors for the majority of shifts

The Manager must be energetic and enjoy serving others. The applicant must also work well in a team environment, be able to work weekends, and be self-motivated!

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 47 per week
