Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food preparation area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Perform basic math calculations for portioning ingredients and managing inventory.

Skills

• Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café environment is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and portion control.
• Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain health standards.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
