We are professional, agile and our goal is to Happy Swims implements a child centered learn-to-swim approach individual to each child’s needs. Our team teaches every new swimmer water safety rules and survival skills to strengthen their confidence. We prioritize having fun during challenging activities and our team makes the learn-to-swim process as enjoyable as possible because we want every child to have the best opportunity to learn how to swim. Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to swimmers of all ages
- Create a safe and positive learning environment
- Ensure each swimmer is progressing at their own level
- Demonstrate the proper technique of each stroke
- Instruct on the water and in the classroom
- Follow all Happy Swims policies and procedures
- Contribute to a team environment, promote teamwork, and be a leader in our community!
- Willingness to learn new skills, work hard, and have fun!
Qualifications:
- Swimming experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work well with children and adults in a variety of situations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Miami Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: On the road
