Our team teaches every new swimmer water safety rules and survival skills to strengthen their confidence. We prioritize having fun during challenging activities and our team makes the learn-to-swim process as enjoyable as possible because we want every child to have the best opportunity to learn how to swim. Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to swimmers of all ages
- Create a safe and positive learning environment
- Ensure each swimmer is progressing at their own level
- Demonstrate the proper technique of each stroke
- Instruct on the water and in the classroom
- Follow all Happy Swims policies and procedures
- Contribute to a team environment, promote teamwork, and be a leader in our community!
- Willingness to learn new skills, work hard, and have fun!
Qualifications:
- Swimming experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work well with children and adults in a variety of situations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- North Miami, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: On the road
