As a Budtender, you will have the opportunity to educate and assist customers in navigating our product selection, ensuring a personalized and informative experience.

Job Description: As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming and informative environment for our valued customers. Your primary focus will be to assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products, sharing your expertise, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their preferences and needs.
• Provide accurate information about various cannabis products, including strains, dosage forms, and consumption methods.
• Educate customers on the effects, potential benefits, and risks associated with different cannabis products.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their desired experience, medical needs, and preferences.
• Accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale system, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and inventory management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date information to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations governing the sale and use of cannabis products.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards and address customer concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
• Prior experience in the cannabis industry or a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance in Washington State.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
