Job Description – Idaho Falls, Idaho
We are currently hiring caregivers to join our Idaho Falls team! We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing high-quality, in-home care to seniors. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, dependable, and communicates well with both clients and our team.

This role can be both physically and mentally demanding, so we’re looking for individuals who are resilient and ready to provide care with empathy and professionalism. We do our best to accommodate your schedule preferences and align your availability with client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support client mobility (transfers, walks, appointments, activities, etc.)
- Plan and prepare meals with attention to any dietary restrictions
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.)
- Run errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain regular communication with the office and report concerns promptly
- Respond appropriately and calmly in emergency situations
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience or similar (Preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn and follow health, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Respectful, compassionate, and patient demeanor
- Comfortable working independently and building rapport with clients
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 5–40 hours per week depending on availability and client needs
- Schedule: Varies by client; may include weekdays, weekends, days, evenings
