Happy to Help Caregiving is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our team in Blackfoot, ID. We are looking for team members with flexible availability to help meet a variety of client needs across different shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and document care provided, and communicate updates with the care team
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families
Schedule:
- Flexible hours available (day, evening, and/or weekend shifts)
- Additional hours may be offered based on need and availability
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience (1 year preferred)
- Understanding of basic cooking and household duties
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Physical endurance to assist with mobility and transfers
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Clean background check (required)
