Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers in the Idaho Falls area who are looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Caregivers provide non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Whether you’re experienced or new to caregiving, we offer flexibility and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation or escort to appointments, errands, or activities
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain documentation as required
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – we will train you
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
- Dependability and professionalism
