As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing training and support from our founder and established agencies.
Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Happy to Help Caregiving as the preferred in-home care provider.
Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your area. Set your standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
