We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Staffing Manager to help grow our caregiver team and ensure our clients are matched with the perfect care partner.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment:
- Post caregiver job listings on platforms like really and others
- Review applications and resumes
- Conduct interviews with caregivers
- Gather required documents and build caregiver profiles
Scheduling:
- Match caregivers to clients based on their experience, preferences, and availability
- Coordinate schedules to ensure consistent and quality care
- Adapt to changes and fill open shifts as needed
- Communicate closely with caregivers and families to maintain strong relationships
On-Call Responsibility (Management Only):
- Participate in an on-call rotation with the Director for after-hours support
- On-call duties are management-level only – you will never be expected to physically cover a shift
- Respond to emergency scheduling issues or urgent caregiver/client needs that arise outside business hours
Communication & Coordination:
- Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, timely solutions
- Prioritize caregiver and client satisfaction, ensuring both feel supported, respected, and valued
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes strong relationships and compassionate care
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare administration is a plus
- Strong people skills—you’re a good listener, and you care
- Excellent organization and time management
- Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and job posting platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment
