Salary: $175,000 - $235,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits

We are currently working with a fast-growing, national employment law firm seeking full-time employment litigation attorney to join their fully team. This firm is known for its progressive approach to workplace culture and legal practice and is offering a rare opportunity for attorneys who want to litigate without the stress of billable hours.
What We Are Looking For...
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Ability and willingness to aggressively litigate complex employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wage claims
- Confidence managing cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision
Education Requirements:
- J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Must be admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar
