Role: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location : Remote in Austin, TX
6 months contract role
The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager, who will be responsible for successful delivery in terms of cost, time, and quality while ensuring alignment with our client's requirements and expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- PM will lead the effort to integrate/install all the client’s systems to run the facility from ERP, CRM, HR Systems and other software/network/infrastructure.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate resource allocation and manage project teams to deliver solutions.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path issues.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in project management, specifically IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, effective management, and a strong understanding of Project Management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince II, or similar).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience in managing distributed teams.
- Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Direct work experience in Agile development and Scrum methodologies.
- A high level of engagement, motivation, and a genuine desire to push the company forward.
This is a remote position.
