Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Assist with food handling and preparation, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash register operations, including basic math calculations for transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Help create a positive environment by engaging with customers and responding to their needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction processing.
