Job Responsiblities:
- Support the execution of research projects, including sample preparation, testing, and analysis under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests to support pharmaceutical research and drug discovery, including assays, chemical analyses, biological testing, and formulation evaluations.
- Analyze and interpret test results to provide meaningful data for ongoing projects.
- Document experimental results, test data, and observations in a clear, organized, and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (such as GLP).
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment for testing, ensuring calibration and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and media necessary for tests and experiments.
- Perform stability testing, potency testing, and other required evaluations to assess the efficacy and quality of pharmaceutical compounds.
- Prepare detailed test reports, including data analysis and interpretation, to support research findings.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure that all testing procedures align with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting testing equipment and processes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists and researchers, to ensure that test results contribute to the overall research goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field).
- Prior laboratory experience, particularly in pharmaceutical research or testing, is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, testing methodologies, and equipment used in pharmaceutical research.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), testing protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and interpret test data.
- Ability to conduct a variety of tests (e.g., chemical, biological, stability) with precision and consistency.
