Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of utilities and facilities.
• Execute maintenance tasks on utilities and facilities in alignment with the maintenance plan and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate and oversee external suppliers for utility and facility-related activities, managing projects of low to medium complexity.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in designated maintenance software and/or forms, including HVAC and mechanical/electrical system management.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, WFI, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal efficiency and uninterrupted operation, adhering to LOTO procedures during maintenance.
• Assist with the implementation of new equipment, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, buildings, electrical systems, and compressed air systems.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues, new employees, and operators in maintenance activities as needed.

Shift/Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment (experience in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or medical device industries preferred).
• Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
• Experience with maintenance management software.
• Ability to operate essential maintenance tools and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
• Willingness to undergo job training abroad.
