Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost analysis.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance, addressing any deviations or disputes.
- Lead supplier scouting and qualification efforts, collaborating with internal teams to meet operational needs.
- Partner with Quality, R&D, Operations, and Engineering teams to define product specifications and purchasing requirements.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Monitor procurement activities, mitigate risks, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards (ISO, cGMP, FDA CFR), and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and effectively manage assigned budgets.
- Track market trends, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements.
- Provide reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier metrics.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX requirements).
- Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures within established deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of procurement experience in international environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
