Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure projects (new buildings, plants, and facilities) in line with company strategy and the industrial plan, ensuring quality and service standards are met.
• Lead projects including cleanroom construction and revamping, ensuring they comply with technical, legal, and economic specifications while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure, propose long-term improvements, and ensure alignment with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Drive technological standardization across relevant plants, executing projects to optimize building and facility efficiency.
• Finalize required documents, tools, and protocols, ensuring compliance with technical and legal standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including scope, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, while overseeing project phases such as design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Track performance, KPIs, and identify areas for improvement, providing reports and inputs to senior leadership to support growth and manage risks.
• Monitor project budgets and alert management to any critical issues or specific requirements.
• Provide technical support during procurement processes, assisting with contract execution and supplier analysis.
• Manage, coach, and develop staff, driving talent development, career growth, and team engagement.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams and functions, ensuring knowledge sharing and evaluating external suppliers for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure or project management
• Engineering Degree, Technical Master Degree, or equivalent
