What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Microbiologist position at Harba Solutions Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Conducts routine sampling on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis including viable air samples, surface viable samples and nonviable samples
- Gathers samples of compressed gases to verify they are free from microbial and chemical contaminants.
- Strictly follows aseptic techniques throughout all sampling activities.
- Completes assigned sampling duties meticulously and on time, following standard operating procedures and guidance from supervisors.
- Responsible for managing quality-related tasks (such as Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions, and Management of Change) to ensure they are completed by the specified deadlines.
- Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex and non-routine issues to higher levels.
- Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish tasks
Qualifications:
- BS in Biology, Microbiology, or science related degree
- 1 years of relevant industry or research experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and successfully work to deliver against challenging projects and timelines
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
