What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to senior team members, your role as a Research Associate will involve:

• Designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and troubleshooting.
• Performing advanced immunological assays, such as multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell-based assays.
• Supporting in vivo workflows, including tissue dissociation and cell preparation.
• Maintaining meticulous experimental documentation in an electronic lab notebook.
• Assisting in planning and scheduling experiments while managing laboratory inventory.

The Skills You Will Need

As a Research Associate, you'll bring:

• A BS/MS in Biological Sciences, Immunology, or a related field with 3–5 years of laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
• Experience with standard immunological assays and flow cytometry data acquisition/analysis (strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Additional desirable skills:

• Familiarity with in vivo mouse models and related workflows.
