Laboratory Technician II

Responsibilities:

• Prepare representative tissue samples and purified extracts for analysis
• Prepare dilutions of test reagents and stock buffer solutions
• Provide preliminary diagnoses for customer samples based on test results
• Manage and maintain both electronic and physical customer records
• Ensure lab cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory of supplies
• Strictly follow quality policies and procedures
• Perform serological techniques such as ELISA, ImmunoBlot, and Lateral Flow Strip
• Conduct molecular techniques including PCR and Real-time PCR
• Manage high-throughput processing of various sample volumes using multiple technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field
• 0-2 years of lab experience outside of school
• Proficiency in micropipetting
• Basic understanding of serological and molecular principles
• Strong math skills, including the ability to prepare serial dilutions
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication abilities
