What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Technician position at Harba Solutions?
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support for production lines, including sample preparation, baking, and analysis.
- Enter data into quality databases and escalate non-compliant products for corrective action.
- Conduct inspections, swabbing, and collect samples for investigations.
- Maintain 5S housekeeping in labs and perform analytical/organoleptic testing as needed.
- Ensure accurate records, initiate holds for non-compliant products, and inform leadership of quality issues.
- Investigate metal detector rejects, verify labels and packaging, and maintain lab equipment.
- Support QA projects, conduct line audits, and handle incident reports as necessary.
- Ship samples for external analysis.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a laboratory environment.
- Associate degree in food science or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
