Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive analytical tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and final goods, including both routine and specialized testing methods.
- Utilize a wide range of laboratory instruments and techniques such as liquid chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, and other diagnostic technologies to evaluate product quality.
- Develop, optimize, and validate analytical procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure consistent and precise results.
- Document and analyze test results to ensure they meet established quality and compliance standards, making sure all data is accurately recorded.
- Investigate any deviations or non-conformities in the testing process and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product development and assist with production-related needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a quality control or similar analytical role within a regulated manufacturing environment (GMP/GLP)
- In-depth experience with various analytical techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy.
- A strong understanding of industry standards and compliance regulations, particularly in the context of manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, thorough documentation.
