The Skills You Will Need
We are looking for candidates who bring a blend of technical expertise and soft skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong math, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment.
- Proficiency with data management systems (LIMS, JMP, Minitab, etc.).
Additional skills that would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of endotoxin, sterility, and bioburden testing methods.
- Experience in environmental monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Familiarity with aseptic drug product manufacturing processes and container closure integrity testing (CCIT).
