About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join HWI's operations team and contribute to the success of our company. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and modifying ladder logic programs on Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, as well as identifying and analyzing electrical malfunctions in equipment and related components.
You will also lead shift activities to maximize productivity, manage payroll approval, vacation approval, performance management, communication, and coaching. Additionally, you will audit and observe to ensure our product meets or exceeds quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, OSHA standards, and electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and pneumatic systems and equipment.
