Internship Description:
We're seeking enthusiastic new graduates for a Summer internship program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the InsurTech industry and contribute to our growing team. As an intern, you'll be exposed to various aspects of our business, focusing on sales and client relations.
Education:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, graduating in Spring 2025.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interest in InsurTech and willingness to learn about insurance products and markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching market trends and potential client needs
- Shadow experienced team members during client interactions and sales processes
- Help prepare sales presentations and client-facing materials
- Support the customer onboarding process and documentation
- Contribute to internal team collaborations and brainstorming sessions
- Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing reports
- Learn about Harbor.ai's product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Participate in training sessions to understand company policies and procedures
