We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marina Dockhand to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our marina, ensuring that all vessels are safely docked and that our facilities are clean and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Greeting customers when arriving and departing the facility.
- Assist boaters with docking and undocking their vessels safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of docks, boats, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina area, including docks, restrooms, and common areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to marina guests, answering questions and offering assistance as needed.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on boats and dock equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all marina visitors.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
