Harbor Capital is looking to add a standout Senior Executive Assistant to its team to support the CEO and Chief of Staff. This role encompasses both traditional EA/operational duties and Investor Relations support. The Executive Assistant will report to our Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities
- General administrative support for the CEO and Chief of Staff
- Intense and proactive calendar and task management
- Plan next-level events including investor happy hours, speaking engagements, retreats, etc.
- Act as the main point of contact for the firm’s 250 investors, constantly making them feel taken care of and supported
- Organize meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Perform general office management duties that include ordering supplies and food, vendor interaction, and ad-hoc projects as needed
- Prepare and revise investor-facing materials including monthly updates, deal decks, newsletters, emails, company website, and firm-wide documentation with extreme, meticulous precision
- Purchase and send creative, out-of-the-box gifts to investors
Experience and Qualifications
- At least four years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative or operational support experience
- In-depth understanding of G Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Creativity is an absolute must! If you’re not the type to get excited about planning a killer event or dreaming up innovative solutions, this is not the role for you
- Tech-savvy EA who is able to identify and implement efficiencies using software is highly preferred
- “Roll with the punches” attitude
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priority
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Must have your own vehicle (gas and mileage reimbursed)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Location
- This position is in our office in Austin, TX
- Little travel required outside of Austin
Compensation Package
- Annual salary range- $85,000-$100,000, dependent upon experience and fit
- Extremely competitive health care, vision, and dental benefits package (no deductions taken out of employee paycheck)

- Potential for discretionary bonus
