Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and engage children in educational and recreational activities.
- Provide age-appropriate care, including feeding, diaper changing, and bathing infants.
- Assist with homework and educational tasks for older children.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and any concerns.
- Implement routines that promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Provide first aid when necessary and manage minor injuries or illnesses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nannying or childcare, particularly with toddlers and infants.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning activities.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor.
