Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for processing invoices from international suppliers under the guidance of the International Accounts Payable Supervisor. The International Accounts Payable Clerk will be detail oriented, ensure financial controls are strictly followed and perform their role in an expeditious manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of customer service for both internal and external customers
- Process large volumes of international invoices in accordance with HFT’s financial controls and policies
- Prepare complete invoice support including compliance documents
- Research invoice discrepancies; 100% accuracy
- Prepare payments, send supporting details to management and complete process after receiving management approvals
- Ensure that discount suppliers are paid by the discount date so all available discounts are taken
- Partner with Financial Operations Analyst to add information to supplier table as needed
- Ad hoc projects and other related duties as assigned by manager
- Regular attendance is an essential function of the job
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Physical Requirements:
General office environment requiring ability to:
- 1 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general office
- Must have excellent data entry skills and ability to use 10-key function on a computer
- Beginner Excel skills
- Beginner MS Outlook skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to learn new concepts/skills quickly and apply to current role
- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with different levels of the organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Oracle financial systems is desirable
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Integrity and ethics that are beyond reproach
Physical Requirements:

- stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
- speak and listen to others in person and over the phone
- use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports

The anticipated rate for this position is $18.51-$27.74 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates can accrue paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time.
