The Store Operations Specialist implements processes, initiatives, and technology within the retail organization through clear and timely communications, problem-solving, and a focus on proactively finding solutions to enable store execution. The Store Operations Specialist is a responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly customer-focused liaison between the store teams and cross-functional partners that drives quality service for stores.

- Work cross-functionally to implement new processes, initiatives, and technology
- Follow project plans to drive results and establish feedback loops to measure the success of the implementation process
- Oversee workload scheduling and act as a gatekeeper responsible for evaluating capacity, sequence, and optimal timing for store and field implementations
- Execute innovative field and store events, live and virtual, including technology and site selection, event planning, travel, and logistics.
- Facilitate effective communication between corporate, stores, and Field Leadership, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on all field and store operations and a champion of stores.
- Act as a representative of stores in cross-functional interactions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across corporate departments, Field Leadership, and stores.

Education/Experience (Required)
Physical Requirements
General office environment requiring ability to:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Communications or English preferred
- 2 years of retail, service or hospitality experience
- Experience with project implementation in a corporate environment and knowledge of retail operational process are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong Written/Verbal Communications - Ability to write and speak clearly and present information succinctly to support effective operations using the appropriate voice, tone, and messaging.
