Maintenance Supervisor     Job Title:         Maintenance Supervisor    Division:           Multifamily     Status:             Non-Exempt   JOB SUMMARY: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing, supervising, and coordinating service functions to ensure the efficient upkeep of buildings and property.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
