The firm is currently looking for a motivated individual to join the team as a Client Service Manager (CSM). This individual will play an essential role in ensuring a satisfying client experience through excellent client care and service. Your Role on the Team
- Prepare and process requirements for account maintenance, such as wires, check requests, transfers, new applications, and account update forms
- Monitor outstanding client transfers, verify transactions, and provide continual status updates to clients
- Input and maintain accurate client information in all appropriate databases and software applications
- Compile reports and additional information for advisor review, and contributes to meeting preparation
- Answers phone calls, ensure client messages are communicated to the appropriate advisor(s) and follows up with clients, when appropriate
- Schedule client appointments and manage calendars for advisors
- Collaborate with other team members to complete client related projects
- Develop trusting relationships with clients through effective communication
- Provide backup support for other client service managers

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
