This role combines strategic business development with consultative selling to bring Harbor Health's innovative Direct Primary Care model to local organizations. As a key member of our growth team, you will have the opportunity to shape the healthcare landscape by connecting employers with our comprehensive clinical solutions.
Working directly with the VP of Sales and Growth, you will leverage your sales expertise to build and nurture relationships with business leaders, benefits decision-makers, and insurance brokers. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, demonstrates a proven track record of complex B2B sales cycles, and is passionate about transforming healthcare delivery through value-based care models.

Position Duties & Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth
- Execute strategic sales plans to expand Harbor Health's footprint in Greater Austin
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation
- Build and maintain robust pipeline through disciplined lead generation
- Achieve established targets for Direct Primary Care and insured membership growth
- Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with growth objectives
- Cultivate partnerships with insurance brokers and benefits consultants
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Engage with government entities and industry stakeholders
- Represent Harbor Health at industry events and networking functions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Clinical teams to optimize offerings
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Provide regular performance updates to Executive Team
- Document all sales activities and account interactions in CRM
- Guide clients through seamless implementation process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction post-sale
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth
- Address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications:
- Current General Lines License (Life, Accident, Health, and HMO)
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Austin region
- Strong understanding of the Central Texas employer market and healthcare landscape
- Excellence in consultative selling and relationship building
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology tools
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience selling to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Knowledge of value-based care models and healthcare innovation
- Established relationships within the local broker community
