Responsibilities:
The Construction Manager will oversee the entire production process at a specific neighborhood or territory. This individual's primary objective is to deliver high-quality homes on time, while maintaining efficiency throughout the process. Daily home walk-throughs will be performed to identify potential issues, take proactive measures to resolve problems, and ensure the home is complete before the final homeowner orientation.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in New Homebuilding Environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, including rough and trim stages
- Proficiency in reading and comprehending detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and development drawings
- Basic technology skills, including Microsoft Windows and residential production scheduling systems
This position requires working on-site at multiple project locations across Watertown, Jefferson, and Whitewater areas. A company vehicle will be provided for convenience.
