Position Overview
The Family Justice Center (FJC) Development Project Manager will play a critical role in organizing, building, and leading a community-driven effort to establish a Family Justice Center. The successful candidate will work closely with the Steering Committee, work groups, and community partners to implement the vision and recommendations outlined in the study tour letter and strategic planning report.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with the Steering Committee and key staff to bring the vision and recommendations of the strategic planning report to life.
- Committee Coordination:
- Partner with the Steering Committee Chair to schedule, coordinate, and facilitate regular meetings.
- Work with the Chairs and Co-Chairs of work groups to ensure consistent scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of meetings.
- Communication Management:
- Ensure timely communication of work group recommendations to the Steering Committee.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with key community partners and stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of Steering Committee decisions and overall project progress.
- Community Engagement: Build trust and relationships within the community by representing the project in meetings, forums, and outreach initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Steering Committee, work groups, and community partners to align efforts and maintain momentum.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
