About Us : Harbor House of Central Florida is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing domestic violence in Central Florida. We are currently seeking a dedicated Supportive Housing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving and coordinating our housing efforts.
The Supportive Housing Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing housing assistance programs, providing direct support to individuals and families, and ensuring the effective management of housing resources. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and compassionate, with a passion for helping others find safe, stable housing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Construct & maintain programmatic files each month.
- Ensure that all program paperwork for each survivor is complete.
- Review each survivor / participant file for appropriate receipts, paperwork, and application.
- Ensure all receipts are submitted to Directors in a timely manner, with proper redaction & supporting documents.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is inputted each month into Osnium by EJ & Housing Coordinators.
- Ensure all monthly data is entered into DCF spread sheet prior to submitting it to Directors for review.
- Follow up monthly to all program participants to ensure ongoing services are provided.
- To assist with check distribution
- To create and maintain a financial resource guide for the EJ coordinators to utilize
- Work on financial literacy workshops
- Participate in monthly meetings with EJ coordinators to discuss program funds & state programming.
