Position: Filed Operations Manager
Location: Petoskey, MI
Type: Full-Time benefited position
Wages: $22.00 - $24.00
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30 min lunch)
Job Overview: The Operations Field Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our cleaning teams in the field. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our services meet quality standards, and acting as a point of contact between clients and cleaning crews. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of cleaning teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to company standards. Coaching staff as needed.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the quality of work and provide on-site assistance to staff as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating cleaning services to meet client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during service hours, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with the operations manager as needed.
- Manage equipment in office.
- Oversee our employee success program.
- Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and cleaning techniques. Oversee the training program and development of class.
- Ensure that all cleaning operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Weekly meetings with cleaning techs.
- Onboard new accounts and on.
- This role requires a highly adaptable individual who can pivot quickly and effectively manage frequent changes with confidence and efficiency.
Qualities we are searching for: We are seeking to hire someone with minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing others in an operations role position. Hoping to find that special someone that everyone will love in our company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be the leader of the cleaning technicians.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must have a squeaky-clean background.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings. On occasion as needed evenings, and weekends during our busy season (June - September)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to coach others and produce positive results.
- MUST love to teach others. This is a hands-on working position meaning you will be doing some cleaning as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great attendance is a MUST
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- We use a lot of apps. Must have room on cellphone to download.
This job is NOT for you if: Covering the basics just in case.
- Are afraid of technology and have difficulty learning new computer software. This job requires you to use. Email, scheduling software, google docs and other systems daily. We do offer trancing but if this is a weakness you may struggle.
