We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join a dynamic team supporting a wonderful woman in her 40s with a unique and lovable personality. She has severe autism, PTSD, and some self-injurious behaviors, but what really stands out is her love for all things spooky—Halloween is her favorite holiday, and she *loves*horror films! If you can handle a marathon of spooky movies and enjoy quirky humor, you might be the perfect fit.
She also adores her hairless guinea pig, Muscle Butt, puzzles,Batman and music. Our team provides 24/7 support, helping her thrive in a safe and comfortable home environment. We are looking for patient, understanding, and upbeat caregivers who can make a positive impact.
Job Responsibilities Include:

- Engaging her in activities like puzzles, music, and safe community outings. Supporting her during moments of emotional overwhelm, using de-escalation techniques like music therapy, quiet time, and—of course—movie time!
- Maintaining detailed daily logs of her activities, mood, and health.
- Must be comfortable watching *lots* of horror films!
- Participating in team meetings to discuss services; provide input for program planning
- Implement training and support services to individuals as specified in individual support plan (ISP). The areas of training and monitoring include, but are not limited to: housing, personal finance, mobility and accessibility, health and safety, relationships, recreation, self advocacy, job training, decision making and problem solving.
