What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN Charge Nurse 6:00 am to 2:00 pm position at Harbor Valley Health & Rehabilitation?
Charge Nurse 6AM to 2PM Full Time or PRN
Pay Range $27-28/hour. Harbor Valley is the fastest growing nursing facility in south San Antonio serving Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care residents. LVN or RN. Duties include:
- LVNs Use PointClickCare for patient documentation
- LVN Coordinate med pass with Med Aides
- Licensed Vocational Nurse completes routine patient evaluations
- LVNs Communicate with physicians and families as needed
- LVN Coordinate with Care Plan team on resident updates
