Job Description

- Providing vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire team members to deliver exceptional facilities, hotel services, food and beverage, and cuisine
- Ensuring operational excellence and professionalism throughout the hotel
- Managing department managers and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
- Preserving excellent internal and external guest service
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 5-7 years of previous General Management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere, seasonal and iconic destination setting
- 5-8 years of Restaurant Experience in a range of positions
- Excellent people skills and a positive, outgoing, and naturally happy personality
- Essential computer skills including Microsoft Office, Zoom, collaborative workspaces, and Point of Sale and Inventory Management systems
- Serv-Safe Certification
