Job Description
The Chief Hospitality Officer will work closely with the owner, chief operating officer, and corporate office sales, marketing, and finance team to ensure the fulfillment of the owner's vision for the hotel's luxury setting. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire team members to deliver exceptional facilities, hotel services, food and beverage, and cuisine
• Ensuring operational excellence and professionalism throughout the hotel
• Managing department managers and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
• Preserving excellent internal and external guest service

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• 5-7 years of previous General Management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere, seasonal and iconic destination setting
• 5-8 years of Restaurant Experience in a range of positions
• Excellent people skills and a positive, outgoing, and naturally happy personality
• Essential computer skills including Microsoft Office, Zoom, collaborative workspaces, and Point of Sale and Inventory Management systems
• Serv-Safe Certification
