Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity within a booming practice. Responsibilities include preparation & prosecution of patents, providing opinions, portfolio management, due diligence, and litigation support. This role offers high-profile clients and sophisticated work with the opportunity to support patent attorneys on other legal issues.
The position involves a diverse array of hardware and software applications, including industrial and consumer electronics, analog and digital circuits, chip architecture, wireless telecommunications, enterprise applications, network security, network protocols, databases, web and cloud services, operating systems, and software user interfaces. Client assignment and workload will depend upon your technical expertise (i.e., software vs. hardware).
Attorney Requirements :
- Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science; JD; state bar, Patent Bar.
- Must have at least 1 year full-time claim drafting experience.
