Harbor is looking for field merchandising/sales/DSD direct experience. This positions covers a large travel area of Livermore, Pleasanton, San Francisco, Richmond, Oakland, San Jose, Monterey, Santa Cruz.
A company vehicle is used for this position.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, four 10-hr shifts. Three day weekends always.
Pay: $21-26/hr. per hour all expenses for travel paid; a full benefit package and Harbor perks!

Essential Job Functions:
- Reset stores, implement planograms, adjust shelving, and install shelf tags.
- Perform merchandising services at store level as requested and scheduled by RSM.
- Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and cleaning of product and shelves as needed.
- Rearranges store shelves or display areas as close to company approved planograms as possible, to improve sales.
- Monitors potential account problems at the store level and reports issues to the Territory Sales Manager/RSM.
- May place order for entire store (all categories.)
- May put away customers order when necessary.
- Light sales of promotional book or contest involvement.
- Provide pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and rack implementation for all perishable and date-sensitive SKUs/categories.
- Increase sales and gross profit within assigned customer base.
- Maintain a safe work environment in the stores.
- Follow carefully the standards and organization in all sets of product as outlined by company standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and write English.
- Must possess basic math skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Valid drivers license from the state of residence
Education and Experience:
- Customer service experience required.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in Merchandising.
- Sales and retail work experience highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- This can be a physical job requiring occasional lift/carrying of 20-50 pounds
Although a company vehicle is used in this role, all final candidates must successfully pass a drug screen, criminal background check and MVR report for insurance purposes.
