Boulder Creek Recovery Center will be a cutting-edge 120-bed residential facility dedicated to substance use disorder treatment and is set to open in June 2025 in Westminster, CO. Situated on a scenic 32-acre campus, it will include cottages, an indoor pool, and tailored treatment focused on medical detox and recovery programs.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Psychiatrist to support our patients receiving specialized substance use disorder treatment.
About the Role
The Psychiatrist will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling (psychotherapy), psychoanalysis, hospitalization and / or medication.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to patients at the facility.
- Practice within medical protocols defined by federal and state regulations, as well as by corporate and facility policies.
- Review medical information on patients to ensure medical stability and to offer medical recommendations.
- Evaluate patients for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
- Treat or direct the treatment of patients utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and medications.
- Review and complete medical information for individual care plans, documenting services and information in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidential documentation, compliance, and billing in accordance with policies and procedures.
