Summary
HarborOne is offering a dynamic and comprehensive learning and development opportunity for a selected intern over a 10-week period. The intern will report to the Marketing Specialist and will work closely with a marketing peer mentor to foster their growth and development throughout the internship. The 10-week internship will include working on several projects related to brand marketing and marketing campaigns. These projects will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns while fostering an understanding of the marketing process.

- Creating and deploying effective communications through a variety of channels
- Working with agency partners
- Using research and data analytics to drive marketing
- Learning the key elements of successful marketing promotion
- Developing a brand voice
- Participate in project work over the course of a 10-week period.

- Participate in community involvement event.
- Work on key Marketing tasks that support strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
- Engage with Marketing business partners to gain an understanding of media planning, advertising, public relations, data analytics, etc.
- Participate in weekly meetings with other interns to share experiences and explore career opportunities
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program as either a sophomore or junior.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or English preferred.
- Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or higher preferred).
- Consistently demonstrates teamwork, strong written and communications skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data, work independently and show initiative.
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues across all business lines and demonstrate the bank’s core values of Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Teamwork.
