Their clinical teams receive support needed to provide quality care and ensure all individuals and family needs are met.
Role Description
Harbors has full-time and per diem positions available for both counties. Nurses will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in Grays Harbor and Pacific County, with some work from home flexibility. Daily tasks include conducting patient assessments, creating care plans, administering medications, wound care, and providing emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications
- Patient Assessment, Care Planning, and Medication Administration skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide emotional support to patients and families
- Experience in home health or hospice care preferred but not required
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington
- Basic computer skills for documentation. All clinicians are provided with both an IPAD and smart phone
- Willingness to work in a team and independently
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
