- Manage and supervise social services Assistant
- Discharge Planning and schedule Home Health Services
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and employees
- Provide administrative support for social work initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in social work and behavioral health
*Experience*
The successful candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in program development and management within a social services setting
- Strong background in social work, or related field
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and resource management
- Experience supervising and working with the Elderly.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- BS/MSW in social work/Case Management
