Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises the nursing personnel and the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. The supervisor must be in accordance with accepted professional standards and current federal, state and local regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate weekend operations within the healthcare facility
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments as needed
- Ensure quality care is provided to patients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a nurse in various healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge and skills in SNF/LTC setting
- Valid RN nursing license
