About the Role:
As a RN/LPN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our patients. You will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of nurses and ensuring that all nursing staff adhere to the policies and procedures of the facility. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring that all nursing staff are properly trained and certified.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN/LPN license in the state of TN or compact
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in long-term care or post-acute care setting
- Certification in nursing leadership or management
